Info/My History

I have been on eBay for some time (Since 4th March 2000), my eBay id is: retro-play-uk and my feedback is over 2000 so you can see that I'm a genuine seller and I have built up an excellent reputation, but I got fed up with the fees and their rules. So I thought I should go it alone and make my own Website, so here it is. I still sell a few things on eBay, mostly console hardware as I need the space :o)

Everything I sell is in good condition, unless I state on the item otherwise. I only sell things in the condition I would expect to receive them myself and my standards are high. I will answer any questions that you have, also if you need more pictures of a particular item, don't hesitate to ask. I look forward to doing business with you in the future.

My Policies

All questions are answered within 24 hours.

When you have purchased something, I will let you know when I have got your payment and when your item(s) will be sent.

All items are sent the day after purchase, as I only check emails in the evening. At the weekend email is only checked on Sunday evening, so anything bought on a Saturday or Sunday, wont be sent until Monday morning.

If you decide to purchase something - Thank You! I hope you will like the item when it arrives.

I never over charge for postage, in fact sometimes I lose out...

Collection is also fine, postage will not be charged of course if you collect (I live in Harwich, Essex, UK)

Refunds/Faulty Items:

Returns are accepted on items if they are faulty, but if it is obvious that the item has been tampered with or damaged by the purchaser then no refund will be given, also items of high value are marked with a UV pen to stop people returning their own faulty item instead of the one I sent, also refunds are at my discretion due to computer software piracy. I cannot be held responsible for items lost in the post or damaged. If you have paid for recorded delivery, I will provide the documents if you need to make a claim. Proof of posting is also always made at the Post Office. If your item is lost I will make a claim with the post office and when they refund me, I will refund you (please note this can take 2-3 weeks, so please be patient if this happens).

UK customers - payment forms accepted are:

NOCHEX: This is prefered as there are no charges and you do not need to be registered to NOCHEX to pay this way, you just need a valid credit or debit card.

Cheques And Postal Orders are fine too, but items are only held for 7 days, if no payment is received by that time, the item will be listed back on the Website. You will be contacted to let you know your payment has arrived and expected delivery date.

PAYPAL: This is accepted, but you must have a confirmed address registered with PAYPAL as this is so you & me are covered by their buyer/seller protection scheme & to stop fraudulent claims. If you do not have a confirmed address with PAYPAL and you have already paid, your payment will be refunded and the item placed back on the Website. So please confirm your details with PAYPAL as a lot of people are having to do this now, or simply use NOCHEX, or please send a Cheque/Postal Order. Sorry for being so strict about PAYPAL, but I have been the victim of too many fraudulent claims on PAYPAL.
