Items Lost In The Post
We take items lost in the post seriously. Fortunately this rarely happens, however we will honour all claims up to the value of £30 GBP. To ensure the item has been lost and to allow time for it to be returned, we do require the following conditions to be met:
1st Class Recorded/Standard Parcels - No Action can be taken until 2 weeks after the date of posting.
Airmail Europe - No Action can be taken until 3 weeks after the date of posting.
Airmail ROW - No Action can be taken until 1 month after the date of posting.
The Royal Mail considers an item lost after the above conditions. We will file a claim for loss and either ship a replacement or offer a full refund.
UK items posted with DHL (consoles etc)
Tracking number is provided and is trackable on the Internet. If it does get lost, claim will be made after 1 week from expected delivery date.

By claiming an item has not been received when in fact it has is considered to
be Postal Fraud. We claim any loss directly from the
Royal Mail. In filing a claim
we will advise fully of the transaction details, this is to ensure they can
identify any failings in their system and add your address to their database.
If further mail goes astray, the Royal Mail can blacklist that address. Furthermore, if an address is under suspicion, the Royal Mail along with local authorities can launch an investigation and you will be subject to both postal fraud and theft.
This applies also to mail sent overseas, Postal Services in other countries share information on suspected fraudulent claims and treat postal fraud seriously.
